2 Cups Flour
2 Cups
Buttermilk2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Blend all
ingredients together. Bake on a griddle set to 375 degrees.
Flip when
bubbles form on pancake. Options: sprinkle blueberries or chocolate chips on each pancake before flipping
Makes
approximately 15 pancakes. Serve with Maple Syrup.
